By completing your purchase or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and EditPlay Studio (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
By accessing or using AlbumPro25 software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SOFTWARE LICENSE

2.1 Grant of License

EditPlay Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AlbumPro25 software in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 License Types

Single User License: For use on one computer by one individual user.
Team License: For multiple users within the same organization.
Commercial License: For use in professional environments offering paid services.

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Transfer, sublicense, or lease the software to others
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that your system meets the following requirements before purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for systems that do not meet compatibility standards.

Operating System: Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
Adobe Photoshop: CC 2018 or later (must be a genuine licensed version)
RAM: 4 GB minimum (8 GB recommended for optimal performance)
Storage on Drive C:
- 2 GB required for installation
Storage on Drive D:
- 300 GB available for projects and templates
Internet Connection: Required for activation, updates, and license verification

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY PROCESS

4.1 Payment Information

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before software delivery.
Secure Payment: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and PayPal.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees in your jurisdiction.

4.2 After Payment Instructions

After completing your payment, send the following details to WhatsApp

Transaction ID (payment reference number)
Your email address (for license delivery)
Your name (for license registration)

Delivery Time:
License keys and setup packages are delivered within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email after payment verification.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Failure to verify system requirements

5.2 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in these exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment for the same product
License key not delivered within 48 hours
Technical activation issues not resolved within 7 days of support contact

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund under these exceptions:

Contact support within 7 days of purchase
Provide detailed explanation and evidence
Allow 7 days for technical resolution
If unresolved, a refund will be processed within 14 business days

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

AlbumPro25 software and all related content are the property of EditPlay Studio.
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights are reserved.
You receive a license to use, not own, the software.
Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in legal action.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws
Keep your license key confidential
Not bypass security or activation systems
Use genuine, licensed copies of Adobe Photoshop
Maintain regular backups of your work (EditPlay Studio is not responsible for data loss)

8. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Free Support: 6 months from date of purchase
Free Updates: Minor updates for 1 year
Major Versions: May require an additional purchase
Support Channels: Email and ticket system only

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

By using AlbumPro25, you consent to:

Collection of hardware information for license activation
Basic usage analytics to improve performance
Communication about updates, renewals, or important notices

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
EditPlay Studio does not guarantee that the software will:

Be error-free or uninterrupted
Meet your specific requirements
Function correctly with third-party tools or systems

We are not liable for any damages resulting from installation, use, or inability to use the software.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditPlay Studio shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount paid for the software
Issues arising from third-party applications (including Adobe Photoshop)

12. TERMINATION

Your license may be terminated if you:

Violate these Terms
Attempt to reverse engineer or crack the software
Share your license key with others
Use the software for illegal purposes

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the software and delete all copies.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

EditPlay Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the software after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
